4)     ___Select Floorplan

  1.  ___Select from online services or our architect
  2.  ___Plan Review with Builder – Modifications and discovery session
  3.  ___Purchase Plans
  4.  ___Final Plan review and specifications

5)     ___Sign Contract

6)     ___Finalize lot and interim financing

  1.  ___Provide all documents required
  2.  ___Builder turns in plans, specs, and contract to lender
  3.  ___Appraisal (1 to 3 weeks)
  4.  ___Clear any conditional approval status
  5.  ___Close and interim funds are released to builder

7)     ___ Start Selection Process (May be done simultaneously with step 6 and 8)
